It is important to us that our mission field does not stop at the Children’s Home gate. Rather, we want to be a blessing to our community, city, and the people of Uganda. Our short-term missionaries have the opportunity to serve both at the Children’s Home, in our community, and at the Kakiri Village.
We believe it is important as a ministry to help empower families in the community. Our Ugandan staff and missionaries serve on outreach projects several times each week. These outreach ministries include serving at schools, special needs’ children’s homes, babies home, door-to-door evangelism, prayer walks, and construction projects.
The ministry sites that we partner with have opportunities for assisting with childcare, teaching, cleaning, washing clothes, chopping wood, leading sports and games, leading music and worship, building relationships, and most importantly sharing the love of Christ.
